Project Controls means just as it sounds. This is the Control of the Project, including Estimating & Budgeting, Scheduling, Cost & Resource Management, 4,5 & 6D Scheduling, Building Information Management (BIM), Carbon Forecasting & Tracking, Change Management, Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), all while reporting to the Project Team, Upper Management, and the Project Owner and other Contractual Requirements.
