BIM is much more than coordinating subcontractors to be sure pipe, duct and conduits don’t use the same space. We have BIM Managers and Technicians that can properly “connect the dots” from other Team Members that can be used in the field and conversion to a 4D Schedule.
Additionally, the use of drones can incorporate the information from the BIM Model and Schedule to provide accurate progress documentation.
