What we do

Prevent costly delays and disruptions

Risk Analysis brings the team members together to discuss what can go wrong during the project. A Risk Manager will help you through the process of identifying potential problems and provide a quantifiable score to forecast the Risk to the Project in either costs or schedule that will enable the Project Team Members to resolve those risks before they can happen.

Many times, the initial Risk Workshop performed at the beginning of the project is the only analysis made during a multi-year project. This means that everyone is looking at the same Risks with many of those issues answered and new issues have changed the Project Teams’ awareness within a regularly updated Risk Register.

A project should re-evaluate their Risk profile regularly with regular Project Statusing of the Schedule. This should not be a huge event getting the team together, ordering lunch, etc. Instead, a short Risk Analysis to see what has changed and do the same risks hold the same urgency as before.
